What customers need to do

Four steps from booking to first frame.

Buy a STREAM pass
Go to simpleticket.lk, open the concert page, and pick the STREAM ticket type instead of a seat. Pay with card, mobile wallet, or bank transfer — same checkout as a normal ticket.

Check your email & SMS
Around 30 minutes before showtime you'll get a secure playback link by email and SMS. It points to live.simpleticket.lk— that's where the concert actually streams.

Sign in once
Open the link and sign in with the same Simple Ticket account you used to buy the pass. Your pass is tied to your account — not to a device — so you can switch screens any time.

Press play
The player opens when the broadcast goes live. You can watch on up to two devices at once — for example, your phone in the kitchen and your TV in the living room.

Five minutes of setup beats a missed first song.

Test your connection

Run a speed test before showtime. 5 Mbps is comfortable for HD; 1.5 Mbps still gets you a stable 480p picture.

Cast to a bigger screen

Use AirPlay from iPhone to Apple TV, Chromecast from Android, or just open the link in your Smart TV's browser.

Use headphones or speakers

We master to broadcast loudness in stereo. Headphones or a soundbar reveal a noticeably better mix than phone speakers.

Be ready 5 minutes early

Open live.simpleticket.lk and sign in before the show starts. The player opens automatically when the broadcast goes live.

Live broadcast — no replay

Shows stream live only. There is no rewind or on-demand replay after the broadcast ends, so be ready a few minutes early.

Where do I buy a stream pass?

Always on the main ticketing site: simpleticket.lk. Open the concert page and choose the STREAM option. Stream passes are sold as a separate ticket type — they are not an add-on to a seated ticket.

Where do I watch the show?

On live.simpleticket.lk. You don't need to remember the URL — the playback link is sent to your email and SMS before showtime, and your account page on simpleticket.lk also shows a “Watch live” button when the broadcast is open.

I didn't get the playback link — what now?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still missing, log in at simpleticket.lk and go to My Tickets. Every stream pass shows a direct “Watch live” button — you can always launch from there.

How many devices can I watch on?

Two devices at the same time, on the same account. If you try to open a third, the oldest session is signed out. This is so a household can watch together — one phone, one TV — without sharing the pass with strangers.

Which devices and browsers work?

Anything modern: latest Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox, Samsung Internet, and the in-app browsers on iOS and Android. Smart TVs work through their built-in browser, AirPlay (iPhone → Apple TV), or Chromecast (Android → Google TV). No app to install.

Can I rewind or rewatch later?

Not for v1. The stream is live only — no rewind, pause-to-rewind, or replay. We recommend being ready 5 minutes before the announced start time.

The video is blurry / keeps loading.

The player automatically switches quality based on your connection (240p up to 1080p). If it keeps re-buffering, close other apps using the network, switch off VPNs, and prefer Wi-Fi over mobile data. A 5 Mbps connection is comfortable for HD.

I can see the video but there's no sound.

Most phone browsers start muted to comply with autoplay rules. Tap the speaker icon in the player and unmute. On iPhone, also check the silent switch on the side of the device.

Can I get a refund if I miss the show?

Refund eligibility follows the standard Simple Ticket policy on simpleticket.lk. Since live broadcasts cannot be rewatched, we strongly recommend testing your setup the day before — open live.simpleticket.lk, sign in, and confirm the player loads.
